We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf, saving you the time and hassle. Our knowledgeable benefit coordinator can help you maximize your dental benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket cost. We will tell you upfront what your insurance plan will pay for and offer options for taking care of any remaining balance. We accept the PPO dental insurance plans offered by some of the most most popular insurance companies.

Dr. Ferradas and his staff are committed to providing patients with exceptional dental care. We have taken steps to enable you and your family to more easily receive the care that you need at the most affordable cost.
Designed for our uninsured and self-insured patients, Second City Dental offers two Concierge Wellness Membership Plans This is not insurance, but a unique, affordable option to get the oral care you need to maintain a healthy smile.

Concierge Dentistry
Single Wellness Membership Plan
$399

Plan includes:
- 2 Professional dental cleanings
- 2 Doctor exams at dental cleaning visits
- 2 Oral cancer screenings
- 1 Fluoride application
- Any indicated 2-D X-rays
- 1 Emergency care visit
- 10% off all procedures performed in the practice, with no exceptions, limitations, or waiting periods
- $50 annual credit applied toward any procedure, which accrues, if unused, each 12-month period you remain in the plan.
Concierge Dentistry
Family Wellness Membership Plan
$349

Plan includes:
- 2 Professional dental cleanings
- 2 Doctor exams at dental cleaning visits
- 2 Oral cancer screenings
- 1 Fluoride application
- Any indicated 2-D X-rays
- 1 Emergency care visit
- 10% off all procedures performed in the practice, with no exceptions, limitations, or waiting periods
- $50 annual credit applied toward any procedure, which accrues, if unused, each 12-month period you remain in the plan.
Limitations:
- Concierge Dentistry does not include any dental procedure that is not performed in our practice and any products dispensed in our practice for home use. Cannot be used for treatment with another dentist.
- Membership is valid for 12 months
- Membership is not transferable
- Services cannot be filed with dental insurance
- Cannot be used in a workman’s compensation treatment plan.
- There are no refunds for paid memberships, even if the plan benefits are not utilized during the participation period. Unless the office is notified 30 days prior to renewal, the Concierge Membership will automatically renew and you will be billed on the anniversary date.
